Which platforms do you manage?

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile by default. X/Twitter on request. For most local businesses we recommend leading with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Profile — that's where your customers actually are.

How many posts per month?

20+ posts per month across your primary platforms on our standard tier — with cross-posting and format adaptation baked in. Higher tiers scale up to daily posting with community management and video. See the pricing page for exact counts.

Who actually writes the content — a human or AI?

Both, but the order matters. A human strategist owns your voice. AI helps draft faster (captions, hashtag variants, first-pass graphics). A human reviews and locks every post before it enters your approval queue. You never get raw AI slop.

Do you handle photography and video?

Yes. We use a mix of your supplied photos, stock imagery with your brand overlay, AI-generated visuals (clearly marked in our workflow), and short-form video repurposed from content you already have. For businesses that want on-location shoots, we partner with local photo/video talent — billed separately.

How do approvals work?

Simple. Monthly calendar is delivered by the 25th. You review on your phone and approve with one tap per post — or batch-approve the whole month. Revisions are unlimited. If you don't respond by publish day, the default is to post (you can change this to "hold until approved" at any time).

Do you reply to comments and DMs?

Community management is included at our Growth and Full-Service tiers. We reply to comments in your voice, triage DMs (urgent messages forwarded to you, FAQs answered by us), and flag anything that needs your personal attention — all within one business day.

Is there a contract? What if I cancel?

Month-to-month, no long-term contracts. Cancel with 30 days' written notice. You own all the content we made for you — captions, graphics, video — forever. We'll export everything to your drive on your last day.

How long until I see results?
