How long is the call?
30 minutes is the default. If something needs deeper discussion we'll flag it and schedule a separate strategy call — we don't let the monthly run long.
Do I need to prepare?
No. We bring the data, the slides, and the recap. If something specific is on your mind, reply to the booking confirmation with a heads-up — we'll address it first.
Can I skip a month?
You can, but we don't recommend it. The monthly touchpoint is how we catch problems early. Missing one usually means we're finding issues a month later than we could have.
What if something's wrong between calls?
